Established  in 2010, Vanlux focuses on selective property development of quality Mixed-use residential and single family homes. That focus has expanded to include in its portfolio development of commercial properties, specifically office buildings.

Founded in Vancouver in 1965, Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership Architects Designers Planners * (MCM) has grown to be one of British Columbia's most respected architectural practices, with an extensive portfolio of complex and acclaimed projects in response to the needs of a loyal and varied Clientele. MCM is comprised of a single office, locally based in Vancouver, with over 60 staff including our associate firm MCM Interiors Ltd.  

Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership operates a full service architectural and interior design practice from downtown Vancouver employing a complement of some 100+ architects, technicians, and designers. We are primarily engaged in commercial, residential, and master planning projects. Our strength is an experience. Our promise is reliability.

50+ years of continuous practice have taught us to stay focused on what matters: delivering value, consistently. Our city has changed of course, and so has much else about daily life. Situated in the thriving financial core of Downtown Vancouver, CBRE Limited brought its unique and respected approach to commercial real estate brokerage services to the Vancouver marketplace in 1984. Over the past 33 years, the Vancouver office has excelled at providing the real estate community with expertise in office, industrial, retail, and investment sales and leasing, growing to approximately 65 real estate professionals and 105 full time staff.
